So you can use your affiliate link (which is hidden by Google) to send people straight to your affiliate's website when they click on your ad (with your affiliate code embedded in the link).
In theory what you're doing is placing pay per click ads and then sending interested parties straight to the order page. This has been shown to increase conversion rates (since the potential buyer has less clicks to make). And for pennies a click, the potential to make money doing this is huge. HUGE.
But does it actually work?
Since this system seems much too good to be true, most people's tendency is to be cautious. And rightly so.
However, having been in web marketing for several years now, I can tell you that sometimes - the hardest way of doing something isn't necessarily going to bring in the most money.
Sometimes the simplest, easiest things bring in a truckload of money and the hardest things bring in NOTHING. (Sometimes it's also the other way around, but the point is that there aren't hard and fast rules when making money online).
For example, I placed an ad on Google Adwords for an item that I was almost sure wouldn't sell (and no I'm NOT going to tell you what it was). It was really just a way to gather information about potential buyer interest and description testing since I was going to put up a website around this product later.
I bid the lowest amount per click that I could and placed a very tight budget on it. To my shock, I started getting clicks - and hit my budget every day, an indication of high consumer interest and low competition. Hmmmm.
Here's the kicker: My first month of running the ad (bidding the lowest bid price and a $1 per day budget), I'd made $400 selling the product. Wow. I never put up that website. This was far easier - and it was extremely easy money.
So in that sense, yes the Googlecash system does work.
However.
You've got to know what you're doing. You can waste a lot of money if you don't know how to choose the right products and write the proper description.
I've placed ads for items that I knew nothing about and had no place even trying to sell. I didn't know my target audience. I didn't put the effort into writing a proper description. And the ad campaigns failed - miserably. They also cost me a chunk of money.
So in answer to the question - does the Googlecash system work? Yes and no.
If you are dedicated to finding out how to do it properly, testing and measuring results, yes it does work. If you just want to throw up a few quickie ads about products you know nothing about (and don't want to learn about), save your time and keep your day job.
